POSITION TITLE: Business Development Executive 

SUMMARY OF THE JOB PURPOSE: The Business Development Manager builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Identifies new sales leads and creates trendsetter ideas to pitch our services and products
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organisation's value by keeping information confidential.

QUALIFICATIONS

HND or Degree in marketing plus two years practical experience in Sales Management is a plus

Ability to reach targets on schedule and create successful marketing and strategies

HOURS OF WORK

Standard contractual hours are from 09.00am to 18.00pm Monday to Friday. Occasionally putting in overtime hours to meet deadlines or sales quotas.

POSITION TITLE: Administrative Manager  

SUMMARY OF THE JOB PURPOSE: The Administrative Manager performs administrative and office support activities to make sure the administration activities run smoothly.  It includes management of human resources, budgets, property facilities and records. 

KEY DUTIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
  • Conduct orientation programmes for interns
  • Administer salaries and work out leave entitlements
  • Prepare monthly/annual estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetarily and inventory controls, monitors maintenance schedule and make recommendations to management
  • Provide and maintain business premises, facilities and equipment
  • Provide secretarially or executive services for committees.
  • Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from other assistants.  
  • Procurements & contract management; calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money and manages outsourced third-party service providers and vendors (catering, cleaning etc.) and make Payment of bills and taxes 
  • Organising security, health and safety management

QUALIFICATIONS

HND plus one-year practical experience 

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURE

  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and perform tasks as instructed by supervisor
  • Efficiency of the administrative function

POSITION TITLE: Graphic Designer

SUMMARY OF THE JOB PURPOSE: As part of the Productions team, the Graphic Designer’s position will be responsible for the overall design and illustrative, graphic visuals for marketing materials, including both print and digital design. This role partners with Communications department, to develop graphic design elements to support integrated marketing plans.

KEY DUTIES

  • Coordinating all administrative aspects of production, including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving colour, copy etc for production.
  • Ensures that all parties are informed of and meet deadlines
  • Preparing layouts, designs, artwork and formats for use in print and digital marketing collateral, including social media graphics etc
  • Making sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is high-level
  • Creating and maintaining files for all creative assets and resources that are needed for record keeping and referencing

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Fine Arts degree

BASIC REQUIRMENTS:

  • 2+ years of proven graphic design experience
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to interact communicates and present ideas
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies plus must be conversant with pre, production and post process.
  • Comfortable moving quickly with limited information in a fast-paced culture and the ability to prioritise in a results-driven, collaborative environment.
  • Coordinating relationships with vendors; preparing specifications and obtaining estimates for final approval
